REFUNDS & RETURNS
- At We Paint Numbers, your satisfaction means everything to us. If your paint-by-number kit isn’t quite what you expected, you’re welcome to return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund no return shipping costs on your end.
- To be eligible for a return, the kit must be unused and in its original packaging.
Just reach out to our Customer Support Team to get your free return label and start the process. - Once we receive your return, we’ll send a confirmation email. Your refund will be issued shortly after, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
CANCELATIONS (IF APPLICABLE)
- Changed your mind? No problem! You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our Customer Support Team.
- Please note: Our orders are sent to fulfillment 6 hours after they’re placed, so there’s only a small window to make changes.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE KITS
- If your kit arrives with any damage or defects, we’ll make it right by sending a free replacement.
- To help us resolve it quickly, please send a short video showing the issue to our Customer Support Team.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
- Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.
- If you realize there’s a mistake, contact us within 6 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to catch it before the package is processed but we can’t guarantee address changes after that window.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
- Unfortunately, we’re not able to take responsibility for packages that are marked as delivered but are lost or stolen.
- If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact your shipping provider to file a claim.

LIMITED WARRANTY
We stand by the quality of our kits. That’s why we offer a one-year limited warranty on all paint-by-number sets purchased from We Paint Numbers.
What’s Covered:

Defects in paints, brushes, or canvas under normal use
What’s Not Covered:

Damage from misuse, accidents, extreme conditions, unauthorized repairs, or regular wear and tear
How to Make a Claim:

Contact our support team with your order details and a description of the issue

We may ask for photos or request the return of the defective item for assessment
What We’ll Do:

Depending on the issue, we’ll offer a replacement item or store credit
This warranty is valid for the original buyer and limited to the purchase price of the kit. It doesn’t replace any consumer rights you may already have under local laws.
